Matlab code - version 1.0


Description

This package is a set of Matlab scripts  that implements the M-BCD, M-EM, IrM-BP and
M-CosAmp algorithms described in the tech rep : "Surveying and comparing simultaneous sparse approximation (or group lasso) algorithms".

This code is provided for a sake of result reproducibility. 

A more detailed documentation will (hopefully) be available as soon as possible.

The toolbox archive is here. Some  entry files are :  Compare_Demo.m or Mbp_Demo.m, exmbptestCosAmp.m

For running the full comparison, this package needs the code of Wipf et al. [here]
