Aim and objective

  • understanding the working process of an acquisition chain
  • knowing the different components of an acquisition chain system
  • knowing the different types of sensors (thermal, optical, force,...)
  • learn to implement an acquisition chain system:
    • information retrieval
    • analog signal processing
    • selecting a signal among several
    • conversion of a signal in digital form
    • coordination of the various operations
  • learn to implement an autonomous instrumented chain (with a processor of type micro-controller MIPS32 core)
    • System definition
    • program design
    • choice of interfaces (buses, etc)
    • distribution data in memory

Outcome learning

  • INSA reference data :
    • Faire une analyse fréquentielle des systèmes et des signaux [3P]
    • Choisir un capteur [3P]
